All clinic registrations, cage rentals (individual/team) and/or merchandise purchases are not guaranteed until payment has been received by Anchor Sports, LLC. Individual and team rental bookings and payments are final once completed. Should extenuating circumstances occur that result in a need to cancel a booking, a refund request may be sent to anchorsportsri@gmail.com, however approval of the refund request is not guaranteed. Clinic registrations are not fully refundable once completed. Should a registrant wish to cancel a clinic reservation for any session, a refund of 50% of the registration fee for that session will be processed up until 2 weeks prior to the start of the clinic session. There will no refund (partial or full) within 2 weeks prior to the start of any clinic session. Users and spectators entering the Anchor Sports facility are responsible in full for any costs associated with repairs and replacement of any equipment, goods and/or materials owned by Anchor Sports as a result of negligence, misuse or careless behavior.
